Can I be part of more than one neighborhood?
Yes. One account, many neighborhoods — your parents' street, a second home, the block next door. Switch between them from the header, and each board stays entirely its own.
How many neighbors do I need to start?
Five is plenty. Neighborhoods grow one house at a time.
